When will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
Within Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before placing your order. mindm∞d is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by customers.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of food supplement products, returns are only accepted if:
-The product is damaged during delivery
-The product received is incorrect
-The product is defective
How many days do I have to request a return?
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, returns and refunds due to change of mind are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
How do I request a return or refund?
Please contact our customer support team and provide:
Your order number, Photos of the product and packaging, A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Who will bear the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, mindm∞d will cover the return shipping cost or arrange a replacement.
For all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
What items are not eligible for refunds?
We are unable to offer refunds for:
-Opened or used products
-Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
-Change of mind after purchase
